Invisalign treatment takes as long as it takes, and it’s impossible to know for certain until the computer designs your customized treatment plan.

However, Invisalign treatment takes about the same time as treatment with traditional braces. For most Invisalign candidates, this means you should expect to have about 18-30 aligners, with a complete treatment time of 9-15 months. For people with very minor crowding or gaps, Invisalign express offers a treatment alternative that is much quicker–as little as three months using only five aligners.

The length of time can be longer than the projected treatment time if you do not comply with the recommendations and wear your aligners for 20-22 hours per day.
