This patient came to our office interested in having a more attractive smile. She had a missing tooth and wanted to know if she was a good candidate for a dental implant. We changed the old dark crowns with whiter all-porcelain crowns, replaced the dark silver-mercury fillings with white fillings, designed a smile that followed the contour of her lower lip, and covered the deep staining of her front teeth with porcelain veneers.
